In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

  • Stationery Venue does not solicit OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, passwords, card details, or banking information under any circumstances.
  • Official communication is conducted primarily through authorized channels. We do not initiate payment, refund, or recruitment communication via personal phone numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, or unofficial email IDs.
  • Official email communications related to orders, payments, or support may be sent from email addresses ending with @stationeryvenue.com or from authorized service providers and payment gateways operating under the legal entity name Warranty N Support Internet Private Limited.
  • Customers should verify sender authenticity by:
    • Checking the sender's email domain and avoiding suspicious or misspelled addresses
    • Verifying digital signatures where applicable
    • Contacting us directly via the official website if in doubt
  • No third party, agent, reseller, or individual is authorized to collect money or sensitive personal data on behalf of Stationery Venue.
