Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods issued in India:
- Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, RuPay, Discover, Diners Club, American Express
- Debit Cards issued by all Indian banks
- UPI and wallet-based payment methods such as Paytm, Google Pay, BHIM, etc.
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (where available)
Secure Payments
Stationery Venue is committed to providing a safe and secure online transaction experience. All online payments are processed through trusted and RBI-compliant payment gateway service providers using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Stationery Venue does not store any credit or debit card numbers, CVV/security codes, expiry dates, or 3D Secure authentication details on its servers.
Refund of Payment
Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with Stationery Venue’s Refunds & Return Policy.
If you have selected Cash on Delivery and the order has not been delivered, no refund is applicable as no payment has been made.
For returned products, refunds are initiated only after the product is received at our logistics facility and successfully verified (2–3 working days).
Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
Fraud Awareness
Stationery Venue will never ask for your card details, CVV, OTP, or bank information.
