1. Order

1.1
All use of and purchases made on this website ("Site") are governed by these Terms of Sale ("Terms"). The Terms applicable to any given use or purchase shall be those in effect on the date of your order or use. If you place an order after we publish any changes, you will be bound by the updated Terms. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the end of this document.

Products are sold exclusively to end-users and are not intended for resale or commercial redistribution.

Upon placing an order on www.stationeryvenue.com, you will receive an order confirmation on the Site and via email or SMS using the contact details provided by you.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance and completion of the contract occur only upon dispatch of the products.

You are advised to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the specifications, conditions of sale, and usage restrictions mentioned on the product page.

2. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable GST at prevailing rates, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed separately before order confirmation. Charges may vary based on order value, delivery location, delivery timeline, and additional services selected.

3. Payment Options

3.1
Payments may be made using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, selected wallets, and cash on delivery (where available). Payment by cheque is not accepted.
3.2
Accepted payment methods will be displayed on the Site at the time of order placement. Stationery Venue does not store any debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, or UPI details.
3.3
EMI or No-Cost EMI options, where offered, are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution or service provider. Stationery Venue acts only as a facilitator. Any disputes, cancellations, chargebacks, or refund delays relating to EMI transactions must be resolved directly with the respective provider.

4. Shipment of Products

4.1
Estimated delivery dates and time slots will be displayed at checkout. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by you. We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain locations.
4.2
Products are subject to availability. Quantity restrictions may apply to ensure fair access for all customers.
4.3
In case of non-delivery or incorrect delivery, our liability shall be limited to the price of the affected product(s) and applicable delivery charges, subject to the disclaimer and limitations set out in Clause 11.
4.4
You are responsible for ensuring that an authorised recipient is available at the delivery address. Proof of delivery or signature may be required.
4.5
Delivery delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions, logistical constraints, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, liability shall be limited to a refund of the undelivered product value and applicable delivery charges.
4.6
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we reserve the right to charge the full product price and delivery charges.
4.7
Order modification timelines, where applicable, will be mentioned in the order confirmation communication.
4.8
Address changes made after order confirmation will not affect existing orders.

5. Out of Stock Situations

If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, you will be notified. Prepaid orders may be refunded, and cash-on-delivery orders may be cancelled, based on your preference.

6. Product Returns & Inspection

6.1
Products must be inspected at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt. Unboxing videos, where available, may help expedite claim processing but are not mandatory.
6.2

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice, unless otherwise stated in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
6.4
Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange or refund unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
6.5
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after receipt and verification of returned products. Actual credit timelines may vary based on the payment method:
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Delays, if any, are subject to banking and payment service provider processes.

Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve our services. You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use it solely for internal service improvement purposes, without infringing third-party rights.

11. Disclaimer

Product prices, descriptions, images, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products available online may differ from those available in physical retail locations. The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis, subject to applicable law.
