Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
- Cancellation is subject to dispatch status
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours

How to Cancel Your Order
Method 1: Self-Service (Recommended)
- Visit www.stationeryvenue.com
- Log in to your account
- Go to 'My Account' → 'Orders'
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click 'Cancel Order' button
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 30 minutes
Method 2: Customer Service

- Registered email address or phone number
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
💡 Pro Tip: Self-service cancellation through your account is the fastest method. Your cancellation will be processed immediately if the order has not been dispatched.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-15 business days from cancellation approval
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method only
Payment Method-wise Refund Timelines:
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
- Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
Note: Actual credit time depends on your bank/payment provider
Refund Amount Includes:
- Full product price
- Applicable taxes
- Original shipping charges (if prepaid)
Note: Promotional discounts or offers availed will be adjusted accordingly in the refund amount.
Can I Modify or Change My Order?
Yes, you can modify your order details before dispatch.

- Product selection
- Payment method
- Order after dispatch

Note: If you need to change the product selection, please cancel the current order and place a new one.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders that have already been dispatched
- Personalized or custom-made products (once production has started)
- Special/bulk orders (separate terms apply)

Post-Dispatch Options
If your order has already been dispatched, you have the following options:
Option 1: Refuse Delivery
- You may refuse to accept the delivery at your doorstep
- Product will be returned to us
- Refund will be processed after we receive the product back
- Original shipping charges will be deducted from refund
Option 2: Accept and Return (Only for Defects)
- Accept delivery and inspect the product carefully
