1. Refunds
Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider. If the refund is delayed beyond the stated timelines, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange due to personal preference. However, sale items are eligible for return or replacement if delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned product is received and inspected at our logistics facility, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Verification Timeline: Verification of returned products typically takes 2–3 working days upon receipt at our facility.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, within 7–10 working days after successful verification. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
💡 Alternative Refund Option: You may voluntarily opt for Wallet Credit to your Stationery Venue account for faster processing, if preferred.
Shipping & Return Costs
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, Stationery Venue will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is requested due to customer preference or incorrect selection, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
⚠️ Important: We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for returns. Stationery Venue is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit initiated by the customer.
Coupons & Promotional Offers
If a product purchased using a coupon or promotional offer is returned, the discount or promotional benefit applied to the original order will not be included in the refund amount.
In the case of a replacement or exchange, the same coupon or promotional benefit applied to the original order will be carried forward to the replacement order, where applicable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully verified at our logistics facility. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
In case of mixed payment modes, refunds will be processed proportionately to the original payment methods used, in compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return only if they are delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Returns based on personal preference, minor colour variations (due to display or lighting settings), or incorrect selection by the customer are not accepted.
Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused and unaltered
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include all accessories, tags, and invoices
⚠️ Note: Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact Customer Support with:
- Order details
- Clear photographs of the product (mandatory)
- Unboxing video, where available (optional but helpful for faster processing)
All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
